
Almond Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
½ C smooth almond butter
½ C coconut oil (melted)
2/3 C maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla
2 C almond flour
½ C coconut flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp sea salt
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix in the almond butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir in the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients slowly. Once mixed, place in refrigerator for 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll in balls and press flat on cookie tray. Bake for 12-14 min. Watch for them to turn slightly brown. Allow to cool & enjoy!
